Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of every email sent through Substack.

Personal data is retained for as long as the subscription remains active or as required to fulfill legal obligations. After unsubscription, data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies.

Personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared only with:

• Substack as the hosting provider
